Max Trying to Crawl

Max has been rolling over for a few weeks, but he's not satisfied. He is now intent on figuring out how to crawl. Check out the video!

Max's First Real Meal

Well, both Max & Lucy made their way to the doctor again the other day. Once again the doctor acknowledged the kids were certainly not going hungry. Max weighed in at just over 19lbs and 26.5 inches. At this rate Max will be moving to his new car seat by Christmas! Having just turned 4 months old it's time for some real food.

Lucy checked in at 34lbs and 36 inches. She's our little helper and quite the talker!

Max 3 Month

Max's 3 month pictures were much easier to take and he let me pick out his outfit!

After several trials and a few two year old temper tantrums we finally got some two year pictures worth framing! Lucy got to pick out her her shirt and wear her favorite boots so she was then happy. This photography hobby is becoming a bit of a challenge!

Max's Haircut

Well Max officially turned 3 months on the 15th of and we thought it was about time for this little boy's first real haircut! So we packed up and headed over to Aunt Amy's and let her work her magic! Of course Lucy was there to cheer him on, giving lots of supportive kisses. After he was done Amy and I were so amazed at the amount of hair that came off we pondered creating a "locks of love" type organization to help bald babies around the world. Well our humanitarian efforts will have to be put on hold because this hair is going into Max's baby book! A big thanks to Aunt Amy for my cool new haircut!

Fall Picture Time

Max is now 2 months old and on track to be a big boy. He went to the doctor today and weighed in at 15lbs 9oz and 24.5in tall. Just like with Lucy they had to measure his head twice to confirm the 42.8cm. The doctor said we have two very "sturdy" kids.

Lucy turns 2 in a couple of weeks.
