The Birth of Max

The adventure started about 5:00 on Thursday the 15th of July.  Contractions were frequent but not to fierce.  We arrived at the hospital about 6:30 and they confirmed it was going to happen today.  Her water broke about 12:00 with a little help from one of the doctors.  The contractions ramped up in a hurry and by 3:00 it was time to push.  Ten minutes later Maxwell Goss was born.  He weighed in at 10lbs. 3oz (No, that's not a typo!) and 21" long.  Mother & Baby are doing great and anticipate a Saturday afternoon homecoming.

It's a Boy!

For those who don't already know, we are expecting another member in the family this July. Yesterday was the ultrasound. They confirmed "without a doubt" Lucy will soon have a younger brother. Everything checked out great!
